When Certified Angus Beef calls and invites you to spend a week ensconced on a private island in the middle of the British Virgin Islands, who can say no? I spent all of last week happy as a clam on Peter Island, hanging out with my new favorite people from CAB, the Texas Beef Council, and the US Meat Export Federation.
