This is what I'm doing: Dieting

At least, I'm going to give it a legit shot until I get sick of it, give up, and go back to eating delicious things like noodles or rice with sauce. Carbs and sauce, yum -- curries, spaghetti, Chinese food. Oh, and pizza. Yum.

So here is what diet food means to me (and, coincidentally, this is what I ate yesterday): All-bran cereal with skim milk, tuna with greens dressed in balsamic vinegar, grilled skinless chicken breast with nothing on it, strawberries.

Diet food sure is boring. I'll have to take a hiatus this Wednesday for dinner at Hotel Crosby and then a dinner event on Thursday as well. But I figure I can pretty much stick to simple, plain eating for at least a few weeks without imploding from food boredom.

So far this morning I've eaten some All-bran and an egg.
